Managing notifications

Notifications - finding out what's happening when & where on your store - is a critical aspect of the ecommerce process. We've added options to make notifications to the buyer as seamless & friendly as possible, and we've added options to make notifications to the merchant as responsive & detailed as possible.

Notifications to the buyer

When an order is placed, paid, reposted or shipped, the buyer is sent an email notification. This is where that notification email will be sent from. In most cases that would be you.

Notifications to the merchant (that's you!)

When an order is placed, paid, reposted or shipped, the merchant is sent an email notification. This is where that notification email will be sent to. In most cases that would be you, but you can change this to whoever you like, or you can add multiple options should you want more than one person to be notified about what's happening on your store.
